THE LIGHT IS ON FOR YOU:  Fr. O'Rourke will hear confessions on Wednesdays from 6 to 6:30 PM in the Church.

SANITIZING HELP NEEDED: Our church has to be sanitized after every Mass. A small team of people have been sanitizing and disinfecting each of the pews used during Mass in addition to touchpoints such as door knobs and pushbars. There is a routine set of tasks which take about 10 minutes after each Mass to accomplish. We need help to build a few more teams so

that each Mass is covered. Please volunteer for this much needed ministry. We will work with you and show you what has to

be done.

WEEKLY ENVELOPES: We are so grateful for the continued support of our faithful parishioners while Masses were suspended. You went out of your way to make your contribution ready for mailing, or you delivered envelopes to the door of the parish center. Your contributions have kept us afloat these past three months. Please continue to support our parish, and if you have not been contributing, please bring your envelopes with you when you are able to come to Mass, mail them in or drop them off.

MASS INTENTION REQUEST FORMS & INSTRUCTIONS for 2021 are available. All mass requests must be completed in writing on the forms provided. Please contact the office to receive these forms. PHONE: 570-443-9944

Message from Mary Anne Malone, Parish Life Coordinator

The seed that falls on good ground will yield a fruitful harvest.

This is the refrain of today’s Responsorial Psalm. It is particularly fitting because on Sunday, July 12th, we are celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation with seven candidates of our parish:

Amanda Crosley          Donald Croughn          Donte Fanelli

Joseph Kopko             Andrew Lenahan          Gabriel McLaughlin

Christian Howard-Wojciechowski

We pray for each of them that the gifts they will receive from the Holy Spirit will take root and grow within them now and forever.
